A Visit to a Company

Ladies and Gentlmen,

Welcome to our company.To begin with,I am Jim,from the Department of Production. It is my pleasure to show you around the company.

Now to share the schedule with you,we will visit the production line of the company this morning.Please keep in mind that we will set out after having breakfast in the dining hall.According to the schedule,we will arrive the factory area at 10 o'clock by bus. In addition,we will have a meeting with the manager of the department around 5 p.m.

As a matter of fact,the production line is the most advanced part of our company.During your visit,you will see a number of first class machines there imported overseas. There is no doubt that you will be eager to learn how these machines work.
