【写法指要】
1）尽管这两封信均没有信内地址，但信头却都很齐全，属于事务书信。特别正式的事务书信要求把信头和信内地址都写全，一般事务书信可以不写信内地址。
2）事务书信是公司与公司，公司与机关团体，公司或机关团体对个人写的书信，属于正式的信件往来，所以要用正式文体来写。信文里不能出现缩约形式。
3）写英语事务书信时要开门见山，一开始就接触主题内容，不能迂回。回信更应直接了当地就来信中的内容答复对方。
