良好的饮食习惯
Dear friends,
  As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore,it’s very important for us to form healthy cating habits.Nowaday,most of us don’t want to eat breakfast at all because of various reasons.On the contrary,most of us are fond of eating snack,and even some students are bartieular about food,or some of us eat too much every meal.All of these are wrong practices which not only are bad to our health,but also affect our study virtually,so we need develop good eating habites,for example,as far as possible,we should eat many kinds of food every meal because there be a lot of food which are good for us absolutely.What’s more,our eating time can’t often be changed.Actually,I think eating habits are very important for everyone,especially the growing students.Wherever we are or what we do,eating surely is the first consideration forever.
